Desert Sage And the Women Gather Literary Brunch, Ritz Carlton, Bal Harbour.
Today was nothing short of extraordinary.
At the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, overlooking the water, women gathered for something truly meaningful — “And the Women Gather” Literary Brunch, a celebration of Women’s History Month, sisterhood, and purpose.
The room was filled with a diverse gathering of women — authors, leaders, friends, and supporters — beautifully dressed, full of laughter, conversation, and shared commitment. The authors were brilliant, the music uplifting, the flowers stunning, and the food absolutely spectacular.
But beyond the elegance and celebration, there was a deeper purpose.
Through Desert Sage and the generosity of everyone who attended, we are raising scholarships for young women in Ghana to become midwives, helping reduce maternal and infant mortality and giving more mothers the chance to live and raise their children.
When women gather with intention, powerful things happen.
Today we celebrated women.
Today we celebrated community.
Today we invested in the lives of mothers across the ocean.
My heart is full.
Thank you to every woman who came, supported, spoke, performed, and believed in this mission.
And the women gathered… and the world became a little better because of it.
