Yoga and Meditation by Candle Light
One of the Best ways to deepen your yoga and meditation practice is to use candles for the light they bring into the space as well as for their Aromatherapy.
We have designed all our candles with this in mind.
Light your candles, place a small amount of the melted wax in the Palm of each hand. Rub the palm of each hand together. Bring the cupped hand to your nose and inhale.
Do so slowly and mindfully. Repeat as many times as you need to.
