About the Event
The Way of Tea is a practice developed in the 15 th century to not only understand the rituals of tea but also as an understanding of self. In this class you will learn the history of tea, the health benefits of tea and how to brew the perfect cup of tea.Each session includes a period of journaling and meditation.
So join each Saturday for The Way of Tea, a time of journaling, meditation and tea.
