Learn the Art and Science of Mindful Tea Drinking.Tea drinking is a sensory experience. Learn the Health Benefit of Mindfulness. Learn how to make the perfect cup of tea as well as how to use tea to meditate. This is an experimental class so there will be short periods of meditation. When you register you can choose African Goddess, a beautiful Oolong tea from the foothills of the Kilimanjaro Mountain, Mindfulness, a delicious black tea,a custom herbal blend called Journey to Wellness or Get Well Soon. Please order timely so your tea can arrive in time for your class. You are able to order additional tea accessories for this class such a French Press, Japanese tea cups and a teaspoon.
