Usually, when we are stressed we tend to eat a lot of junk food.This is really the time to work really hard to eat health. Lots of fruits, vegetables and 6-8 glasses of water.


Exercise


Even if you cannot go outside. Walk around your house. Get up and stretch every hour.


Community.


You can still call friends and family on the phone for conversation and a good laugh. Laughter is still good medicine.


Nighttime Ritual


One of the best ways to get a good night’s sleep is to develop a nighttime ritual. I start preparing for sleep an hour before my intended sleep time. I turn down my bed, turn off the television and any electronics I might be working with. I pull the shades then I have a warm relaxing shower. We need 7-9 hours of sleep each night.


After my shower I slowly apply most often than not a generous amount of Desert Sage Peppermint and Rosemary body lotion to my body,taking time to massage and pamp my feet.


I then sit on my bed and slowly sip a cup of Desert Sage Sleep Matters or Journey to Wellness Tisane.


Turn the lights off and in no time I am fast asleep.


I usually wake up in the mornings feeling fully rested.
